We’re committed to transforming financial wellbeing across the UK and our vision is to see everyone making the most of their money and pensions.
We are an arm’s length body of UK Government, sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions. We also engage with HM Treasury, which is responsible for policy on financial capability and debt advice.
We strive to be a fully inclusive employer, attracting and retaining diverse talent and creating a culture where colleagues thrive and deliver their best performance.
Working collaboratively across the UK, we make sure customers can access high-quality money and pensions guidance and debt advice throughout their lives, how and when they need it.
Our work is delivered across five core functions:
MoneyHelper is our consumer-facing service. MoneyHelper puts people in control by cutting through the complexity and helping them make clear, informed decisions.
As part of our strategy to help people to plan for later life, we’re creating a MoneyHelper pensions dashboard.
Our Money Guiders programme is designed to help diverse organisations and practitioners deliver money guidance, ensuring that those that need help to find it, whether through our own services or through others.
We recognise that strong values are the foundation of our success.
We are committed to transforming lives and make a positive societal impact.
We care about our colleagues and the people whose lives we are here to transform.
Through our MoneyHelper service, we ensure people receiving the right guidance at the right time to help them navigate complex choices and make informed, confident decisions.
Our colleague-led employee network groups help us to foster an inclusive workplace culture and provide a safe platform for colleagues to come together and feel a sense of affinity, safety and belonging.
