Brian Holland

Director, Customer Vulnerability, Retail Controls and Remediation, Retail Banking, NatWest Group

Brian is a senior financial services leader at NatWest, where his executive responsibilities include customer vulnerability, risk and controls, customer remediation and Consumer Duty. A consistent theme throughout his career has been improving outcomes for customers, ensuring financial services work for all.

Brian is a Non-Executive Director of Money Advice Scotland and DOSH, reflecting his commitment to improving financial wellbeing. He is particularly passionate about helping people achieve greater financial independence and advocating for the right tools and support in the industry to enable people to make informed decisions about their money.

Brian lives in Edinburgh with his wife and three daughters and, when time allows, swaps financial services to run marathons.
