Sarah is an experienced Chief Executive and former senior Civil Servant with over 30 years of leadership across the charity, grant-making and public sectors.
She currently leads the Cripplegate Foundation, focusing on poverty and inequality, and previously held senior roles at the National Lottery Community Fund and UK Government, where she shaped community and inclusion focused policy.
Sarah brings deep expertise in developing partnerships across sectors, frontline experience with vulnerable individuals, and a lifelong commitment to financial inclusion and social justice. She has served on boards and in multiple front-line volunteering roles, championing equity, impact and collaboration.
