About the debt advice handbook
The handbook was created following feedback from advisers across the debt advice sector, who said it can be difficult to access updated technical debt information. We worked with CPAG to produce a valuable resource to meet this need.
The handbook allows debt advisers to easily access the latest information, supporting high-quality devt advice for those who need it. It's kept updated to reflect any changes in legislation, case law, court procedure or practice.
