Accessing information

The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) does not charge for handling Subject Access Requests (SAR) or Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. However, under certain circumstances when a request is clearly unfounded or excessive, MaPS may refuse the request or charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.
