To make a complaint
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, our making a complaint page sets out how we will handle your complaint.
Accessing information
The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) does not charge for handling Subject Access Requests (SAR) or Freedom of Information (FOI) requests. However, under certain circumstances when a request is clearly unfounded or excessive, MaPS may refuse the request or charge a reasonable fee to cover administrative costs.
