Review how you feel about your money guidance

Now you’re familiar with the Competency Framework, try this confidence checker. It’ll help identify your strengths when giving money guidance and areas to focus on. Your results page will include links to pointers and resources to help build your skills and knowledge.

If you manage a team, you can also use this confidence checker for internal reviews.

Using this confidence checker

This review is based around the Competency Framework’s foundations, the skills and knowledge needed when having money conversations with customers.

  • Just be honest when selecting your answers.
  • The results are just for you, unless you want to share them with your manager to ask for training or support.
  • Allow about 15 minutes.
  • Please set aside this time – you can’t save progress and return later to complete your review.
